At Learning Express Toys, we are committed to providing high-quality educational toys, baby items, stuffed animals, vehicle and train sets, and play food sets that inspire creativity and learning. Your satisfaction is very important to us. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible products under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- The item must not show any signs of use, wear, or damage caused by improper handling.
- Products categorized as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For the safety and hygiene of all customers, the following items are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival:
- Personalized or customized toys
- Opened baby products (such as teethers, rattles, and plush toys intended for infants)
- Gift cards or downloadable products
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
3. Return Process

- Return Authorization: Upon review, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
- Shipping the Return: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
- Inspection and Refund: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product (for a different size, style, or item), please follow the return process above. Once your original item is returned and inspected, you can place a new order separately. We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges at this time.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping our toys and educational products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery:
- Email detailed photos showing the damage or defect.
- We will offer options including a full refund, replacement item, or store credit, at no additional shipping cost to you.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from approval:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

8. Important Notes
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
